Have you been thinking about remodeling? Maybe knocking out the wall between the kitchen and dining room? Maybe the bathroom cabinets are worn and dried out from years of living through endless teenage showers and it would be nice to install new ones? Oh man, what a mess!

There are many reasons why residential or commercial clients might want or need light demolition work. Maybe the client doesn’t have the time or the desire to do it themselves, or maybe they don’t know how or they don’t want to deal with the mess.

Light demolition work consists of projects, often remodels, that take one or two days to complete. Demolition involves the removal of fixtures, flooring, drywall, cabinets, decks, appliances, and walls. Our demolition work isn’t complete until all the mess has been loaded up and the area swept clean so it’s ready for the next phase to begin.

For our commercial clients, we focus on carpets, cubicles, furniture and other things you find in an office setting. It could be an old tenant moving out and the place needs to be remodeled before the new tenant comes in, or sometimes a new tenant will want to renovate the space before they move into it.
